Tossa de Mar, 95 km's north of Barcelona and 100 km's south of the French border lies at the heart of the Costa Brava. It is a pretty town with cobbled streets, long stretches of beach, a magnificent ancient castle and a beautiful mountainous hinterland with lush green valleys, gorges and natural springs.

Tossa de Mar is a paradise for practicing all sorts of activities.  If you are beginner or expert, interested in windsurfing, dinghy or cruiser sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, wake boarding or kayaking, their watersport centres can offer you all that's necessary to learn and enjoy these sports in the best conditions.  There are also many trips offered from the town to the villages and towns nearby e.g., Lloret de Mar, Blanes and St Feliu de Guixols.  There are boat trips, horse riding, and a water park amongst many of the attractions on offer.

During the summer months, the restaurants are bustling and ready to serve you the finest food and drink available.  There are in addition, many bars and a few night clubs for those wishing to party into the small hours.
